Rothschild Boulevard is one of the principal streets in the center of Tel Aviv, Israel, beginning in Neve Tzedek at its southwestern edge and running north to Habima Theatre. It is one of the most expensive streets in the city, being one of the city’s main tourist attractions. It features a wide, tree-lined central strip with pedestrian and bike lanes.
Rothschild Boulevard a commercial center, with major financial institutions lining the street, a cultural center, with the main theater and concert hall of Tel Aviv, a culinary center, with dozens of top restaurants and fun Cafes. It is busy all day long with the center of the boulevard popular with dog walkers, bikers and tourists.
Rothschild Boulevard is also a young and dynamic startup scene of with many new startups located at and around the street.
The street is lined with Bauhaus Buildings, the iconic architecture of Tel Aviv which led to its recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many of these have been beautifully restored alongside these buildings sit some of the tallest skyscrapers in Tel Aviv, built more recently contrasting with the traditional buildings of the street.
